  1. Payments and Fees

All fees paid to Quantera Consulting are for services rendered or allocated resources.

  • Payment terms (one-time, retainer, or performance-based) will be defined in the Client agreement, or in the client agreement of the third party working with (and through) Quantera.
  • The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees on time.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS.
  • Accepted card types: debit, credit, and business Visa and Mastercard cards.
  • Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
  • We do not store any data related to the bank cards used for payments through the website.
  • In case a refund is required for an amount paid by bank card, the sum will be refunded to the same card used for the original payment.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 business days of the initial purchase.
  • Once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued for work already performed or resources allocated.
  • This includes strategy development, campaign setup, creative work, or any initiated service.

All refunds are subject to internal review and approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days after agreement is finalized.

The Company reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion.

  1. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests
  • Cooperate with the Company throughout the engagement

Failure to cooperate may result in delays, suspension of services, or termination without refund.

  1. Service Suspension and Account Hold

Clients may request to place services on hold for up to 180 days.

  • Extensions may be granted at the Company’s discretion.
  • Failure to resume services within the agreed timeframe may result in termination without refund.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Quantera Consulting shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Performance of third-party platforms, services or tools

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
